Chris Lawson, CEO
Chris made West Texas home until 1997 when he and his wife Kendra boxed up their college diplomas and hit I-30 East to Dallas/Fort Worth in pursuit of successful careers. Fortunately Chris ended up in the staffing industry in 1998 and developed his experience with two National staffing firms.
This experience proved to be a great training ground to branch out on his own following the path of many Lawson’s and so the Eli Daniel Group was formed in 2007. Chris Lawson is quick to deflect any praise for his success and sincerely recognizes the all star talent he has always been surrounded by. These teams proved to be loyal, ethical and carried a strong work ethic.
Loyalty is a cherished value to Chris Lawson and extends, not to just internal co-workers, but with candidates and company clients as proven over the years. His leadership style can be attractive to very talented individuals that are self starters and driven personally by high standards.
He considers himself extremely blessed with the current team of super stars at the Eli Daniel Group where there is a special blend creating excellent team chemistry.
Outside of work, Chris Lawson has a deep passion for his faith, family and friends. Work is important and necessary but not at the sacrifice of spending quality time with his wife and two wonderful children.
Chris enjoys playing golf when possible especially against his more competitive friends who enjoy a little banter back and forth. It is also a pretty safe bet that you will find the full Dallas Cowboy schedule on his calendar year. Oddly enough, his young son continues to sport his Green Bay Packer jersey during the Cowboy games.
Chris Lawson explained this as “funny” at first but now he is hoping to sway his son with a trip to Cowboys Stadium someday soon. He is confident in this and the future of the Eli Daniel Group.
